Questions & Answers
- Is the insert style terminal suitable to replace my battery with a flag, nut and bolt type terminal? Yes, the terminal is is completely suitable. Just place the ‘O’ ring battery connector of the mobility scooter over the female insert battery terminal and simply bolt down into the battery (bolt supplied). This ‘one tool’ terminal does not require a nut to secure the bolt and connector in place making the installation very simple.
- Will these batteries arrived fully charged? The batteries will be in approximately 90-95% state of charge upon delivery. We recommend charging the batteries once installed into your scooter to ensure the batteries are fully charged and equalised.
- My scooter manual states the battery is a UB1235 type, is the FGC23505 battery the same? Yes, the FGC23505 scooter battery has the same dimensions and power output as the UB1235 scooter battery (UB = universal box), and are completely interchangeable. - What is the warranty period for this battery? The battery has a warranty period of 1 year as standard, valid from the date of order.
